We want you to love your light. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your uninstalled fixtures in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the fixture back in its original box with all internal padding, hardware, and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
